IIAS Announces Its 2026 Conference Calendar

The International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) is pleased to announce its conference calendar for 2026, which will include three major international conferences organized by EGPA, IASIA, and IIAS.

These events will take place in Europe and Asia and will bring together scholars, practitioners, and public administration professionals from across the world.


EGPA Annual Conference 2026

24–27 August 2026

Sapienza University of Rome, Italy

The EGPA Annual Conference will be hosted by Sapienza University of Rome. In addition to the core conference programme, activities are also planned for Friday, 28 August, including the Transatlantic Dialogue (TAD) and other events held outside the Sapienza University campus.


IASIA Annual Conference 2026

12–16 October 2026

National Centre for Public Administration & Local Government (EKDDA), Athens, Greece

The IASIA Annual Conference will take place at EKDDA in Athens. The core conference will be held from Monday to Thursday, followed by an optional programme of excursions and additional activities.


IIAS Annual Conference 2026

17–20 November 2026

Konkuk University, Seoul, Republic of Korea

The IIAS Annual Conference will be hosted by Konkuk University in Seoul. Further information regarding the programme and additional activities will be communicated in due course.

Only one day remains to submit abstracts for the 18th Annual LAGPA/IIAS Conference, to be held in Quito, Ecuador, from 14 to 16 September 2026. Under the theme "Public Management and the Future of Latin American Economic Integration: Navigating Global Fragmentation and Regional Opportunities," the conference will bring together academics, researchers, public officials, and international organizations to discuss the future of governance and public administration in Latin America. Abstract submissions close on 10 July 2026.
